Prescripts
Prescripts is a pre-professional organization for students pursuing careers in the Health Sciences. This club meets the 2ND and 4TH Wednesday of every month during the spring and fall semesters. Guest such as Pharmacists, Physicians, and Recruiters give valuable information to the club about their experiences, schools, programs, and opportunities. Delta Delta Sigma
Delta Delta Sigma (DDS) is a pre-professional organization for students pursuing careers in Dentistry and Dental Hygiene. DDS meets twice per month during the spring and fall semesters. Dentists, Dental School recruiters, Dental Hygienists speak to the club about their experiences, schools, and give valuable information to pre-dental and pre-dental hygiene students. Chemistry Club
The purpose of this organization is to afford an opportunity for students of chemistry and related disciplines to become better acquainted. Women in Science and Engineering (WISE)
WISE is an organization that helps women prepare for and become involved in science-related careers. WISE encourages women about their importance in all scientific and technical fields. For more information, contact Dr. Judith M. Iriarte-Gross.

National Science Teachers Association Student Chapter
NSTA Student Chapter promotes the mission of NSTA, acquaint preservice teachers of science with the support resources available from NSTA, provide additional professional development in science education to preservice teachers, and acquaint preservice teachers of science with others like themselves at their university or college and across the United States and Canada. Student National Medical Association (SNMA)
SNMA is a Pre-Medical orgranzation which promotes diversity in medicine. Activities in the club consist of speakers from the medical field, trips to medical schools and community service projects. All students interested are encouraged to attend. For more information, contact Dr. M. Gore Ervin.
