The International Programs and Services Office (IPSO), formerly International Student Services (ISS), was established in the fall of 1989 to take on an expanded role in MTSU's efforts towards internationalization. This change was introduced to enhance the University's efforts in assisting international students and scholars with admissions, immigration services, and student and community programming.

Overall, IPSO's services and programs play an important role in contributing to the campus community's awareness of our interconnectedness within a global society.

We are located in Room 124, Keathley University Center (see campus map for more information).
