Admission to MTSU

1. Complete the admissions process for MTSU the same semester you plan to complete the A.S.T. degree at Columbia State. 
   A.S.T. Requirements-Columbia State (If a student has NOT met the AST requirements including the GPA and passing all parts of the Praxis they will be considered a general transfer student and different rules will apply.)

2. Complete A.S.T. requirements (PPST Passed).
3. Attend semester orientation meeting for 2+2 students the semester prior to starting at MTSU.
4. Once admitted to MTSU, you must be advised by the A.S.T. Faculty Advisor, Dr. Terri Tharp, prior to registering for classes at MTSU. Note: Orientation will serve as advising session for admission.  Dr. Tharp can be reached at 615-494-7633 or Terri.Tharp@mtsu.edu.
5. After advising is completed, you will be able to register during your assigned registration time through MTSU Pipeline.
