Requirements

In order to graduate from MTSU's 2+2 program you are required to fill out two forms. The first form explains all the courses needed for all four years and your advisor from MTSU MUST sign this form.

1. Upper Division Form (see Faculty Advisor)
2. Intent to Graduate Form

BOTH of the above forms MUST be turned in at the same time to:

Complete EDU 1110, 2110 and 2100 with a grade of C or higher in each course
