The mission of the Department of Accounting is to provide students with a learning experience in accounting and business law that offers technical competency, critical thinking applications, opportunities for intellectual inquiry, and exposure to professional career opportunities.

MS Program Mission Statement:

The mission of the graduate program is to provide a flexible and focused learning experience that builds on an undergraduate education to prepare students for professional careers in accounting and other related fields.  This program also supports those students who aspire to obtain professional accounting certifications.
