for Middle Tennessee State University:
ONLY complete this application if you have previously attended classes at MTSU and have had a break in your attendance - OR - if you will graduate from MTSU and wish to return to enroll in undergraduate classes.
If you have previously applied but did not attend classes, go to 'Apply Online - First-time Students'.
Your online re-enrollment application typically takes from 3 to 5 days to process.
If you have attended another college or university since your last attendance at MTSU, you must have an official transcript sent to the Undergraduate Admissions Office.
Correspondence regarding your application will be sent to your MTSU email account. You can retrieve your user name and password from the PipelineMT page.
