Application Fees
Undergraduate applicants may apply using the MTSU Printable Online Application. The non-refundable application fee is $25. There is no fee for re-enrollment applications.
Undergraduate Application Available for Printing
If preferred, the undergraduate application is available in a PDF format. Print the application and mail it to the Undergraduate Admissions Office along with the application fee. Adobe Reader is required and is available free from the Adobe web site.
If you have previously enrolled for classes at MTSU and need to re-apply, an online re-enrollment application is now available.

IMPORTANT: Immunization Requirements
All entering students, born after 1956, must furnish documented proofof having immunity to measles or having been immunized with two doses of MMR vaccine. You will not be allowed to register for classes until an acceptable form is on file in the MTSU Student Health Services Office. (However, if you graduate in 1999 or after from a Tennessee high school, this documented proof will not be necessary).
