Application Fees
Undergraduate applicants may apply using the MTSU Printable Online Application. The non-refundable application fee is $25. There is no fee for re-enrollment applications.
Undergraduate Application Available for Printing
If preferred, the undergraduate application is available in a PDF format. Print the application and mail it to the Undergraduate Admissions Office along with the application fee. Adobe Reader is required and is available free from the Adobe web site.
If you have previously enrolled for classes at MTSU and need to re-apply, an online re-enrollment application is now available.

Application Status
Please allow us time to process your application and then you can check your application status by phone at 615-898-2111 or online at PipelineMT. You will receive written acknowledgement of your application and admission status, usually within 7-10 days of receipt of your application.
