Clery Act Reports

The current MTSU Security Report and the Fire Safety Report are available for review. These reports contain information regarding campus security and personal safety including topics such as: crime prevention, fire safety, university police law enforcement authority, crime reporting policies, and other matters of importance related to security and safety on campus. The Security report includes statistics for the previous 3 calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by MTSU; and, on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The Fire Safety report contains information on any fires that occurred in on-campus student housing facilities within the past 3 calendar years.
