Important Information about completing your online application for Middle Tennessee State University:

If you have previously attended classes at MTSU use the Re-Enrollment Application. You must have sat out at least one semester (excluding summer sessions) to be readmitted.

You should only use the online application if you have not previously paid an application fee and did not attend. MTSU only requires students to pay an application fee once. If this is your case, contact the Admissions Office at admissions@mtsu.edu, and we will send you an undergraduate application to return to the Admissions office.

A valid credit card is required to complete the online application.
There is a one-time $25 application fee.
