Wendi Pelfrey

Hello! I'm Wendi Pelfrey, the Assistant Director of Transfer Enrollment at Middle Tennessee State University. My primary role is to assist transfer students through the admissions and enrollment process and strengthen the partnerships between MTSU and community colleges. We are dedicated to helping students complete their bachelor's degree and have several programs in place that can help students seamlessly transfer to MTSU.

Originally from Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Education in 2005 and a Master's in Higher Education Administration in 2007 at MTSU. During my time as an undergraduate I enjoyed being involved on campus by providing campus tours as a Raider Rep, participating in activates as a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and working as a student in the Office of Admissions. Campus involvement was one of my favorite aspects of college life! During graduate school I assisted in creating online classes for our ESL program and wrote grants as a Graduate Assistant in Educational Leadership. I've worked in Admissions for over 6 years, recruiting students, reviewing admission and scholarship applications, and managing the processing side of admissions. After several years away, I'm excited to return to my alma mater, and give back to the place I love!
