My name is Michelle Arnold, and I am an Associate Director of Admissions. My primary duties are to oversee our recruiting efforts, some recruiting events and campus tours for prospective students.

I graduated from MTSU with my Bachelor’s (2002), Master’s (2003), and Education Specialist degree in 2005, so MTSU is home for me. I just recently completed my Doctorate in Education from Trevecca Nazarene University in May 2009. I began working in the Admissions Office in 2003 as a Freshman Processor, moved on to become an Academic Advisor for the Honors College and in September 2009 returned to the Admissions Office as an Associate Director.

I have a true passion for helping students in their future endeavors, and working in Admissions provides me with the opportunity to do so. This is a very rewarding job and I enjoy every minute of what I do in the Admissions Office. MTSU is a wonderful place for students but also a wonderful place for a career.
