Travis Tipton

I am Travis Tipton, Admissions Counselor, and I recruit high schools students from the East Tennessee region. I visit with students at high schools and college fairs during the spring and fall months. I utilize Myspace, Facebook, and AIM to stay in contact with prospective students. My main responsibility is to make sure prospective students find answers to their questions and concerns.

I am a graduate of MTSU. My major was Recording Industry and I graduated in May of 2006 with my Bachelor of Science Degree. I am now currently working on my Master of Education Degree while working for MTSU. Being an Admissions Counselor has allowed me to travel throughout the East TN region and enjoy all of the great landscapes. The best aspect of my job is that I get to spend a lot of time traveling in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Johnson City, and the many other East TN areas of our wonderful state.
