Mr. Hill earned his B.S., in Journalism and Industrial Arts, Texas A & M University,
Kingsville, and was a Distinguished Military Graduate, 1967. In 1974 he received his
M.Ed., in Aerospace Education, at MTSU. Since joining the faculty as an adjunct in
1989, he became a full time professor in 1991. Mr. Hill has served as the Director
of the Tennessee Aerospace Education Workshops and is currently the Coach of the MTSU
Flight Team, The Flying Raiders. In 1992, he was named flight team "Coach of the Year"
for Region 8, of the National Intercollegiate Flight Association. He currently is
a member of the Board of Directors and serves on the Executive Committee of the National
Intercollegiate Flying Association. In 1994, he received one of MTSU's "Outstanding
Teacher of the Year" awards. Additionally, he was named to Who's Who Among America's
Teachers in both 1994 and 2000. Mr. Hill belongs to a number of professional organizations
and has served on a number of committees at MTSU. His current area of specialty is
Aerospace Administration and Transportation Management.
