Courtney Fultz, MS II

Cadet Fultz is from Murfreesboro, Tennessee.  She graduated from Blackman High School in 2007, where she was a member of the JROTC Program for 4 years.  She is currently pursuing a degree in Recreation and Parks.  She is a 4-year Army ROTC Scholarship recipient.  She is an active member of the ROTC program.  Congratulations, Courtney!!
