HISTORY
In 1976, MTSU clerical employees banded together to represent their collective interests under thename Clerical Caucus. Almost 35 years later, the Association of Secretarial and Clerical Employees
(ASCE) continues to encourage professional and personal development, while providing the opportunity
to network and exchange information and knowledge. For more information on the history of ASCE,
historical papers are held in the Albert Gore Research Center.
