Biology Majors
The Biology Department of Middle Tennessee State University will offer four scholarships for the academic year 2012-2013. Two scholarships will be awarded for $1500 each, one for $1000, and one for $500. Selection will be based on a competitive examination given to high school seniors over biological principles and concepts. Each scholarship is restricted to incoming freshman Biology Majors entering MTSU Fall 2012.The examination will be given at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2013, Davis Science Building, Middle Tennessee State University. All contestants are requested to register by calling the Biology Department at 615-898-2847 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. any weekday, or by return mail. There is no registration fee.
