RESEARCH INTERESTS:
I have general interests in plant genetics and plant biotechnology with a focus on chloroplast biology and biochemistry. Most recently I have been using maize as a model system to combine molecular and classical genetic techniques to study the mechanisms of chloroplast gene expression.
