- Trip to Florida Keys
Middle Tennessee State University and the Dauphine Island Sea Lab provide a unique summer course for Tennessee teachers every June. Teachers have the opportunity to study coral reefs, mangroves, and other habitats of Key Largo, Key West and Everglades National Park. For more information, contact Dr. Padgett Kelly at 615-898-5615.
- Gulf Coast Research Laboratory
The department cooperates with a number of other universities to provide low cost opportunities for summer graduate study at the Gulf Coast Research Laboratory (GCRL) in Mississippi. For details inquire in the departmental office or review the GCRL web site.
