Fall 2012 Fee payment and confirmation begins July 24. Bills will not be mailed and will be available through your RaiderNet account beginning July 24.

*A $100 late registration fee will be charged to anyone who registers or reregisters on or after August 27

FALL 2012 Important Dates

July 1 - 20	Teacher, MTSU, TBR, UT, and state employee dependent discount forms (PC191B) must be submitted to the Business Office, Cope Building, Room 103. Signatures on employee dependent discount forms should not be obtained before July 1, 2012.
July 24	Fall 2012 registration bills available online through RaiderNet. Bills will not be mailed.
July 24 - August 15	Fall fee payment by mail. *Mailed in payments must be postmarked by August 15* and must be mailed in time to be received by August 21.**
July 24 - August 21	Fall fee payment by credit card, check card or by e-check on RaiderNet, (until 6:00 p.m. on August 21 on RaiderNet only). Fall fee payment in person, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Business Office cashier windows, Cope Building. Fall 2012 registration confirmation on RaiderNet for students with a zero or credit balance due to financial aid or other credits. (Down at 6:00 p.m. on August 21) You will be given a CONFIRMATION NUMBER when you are confirmed. Write down this number as this is your proof that you have completed the confirmation process.
July 28 - August 21	MTSU, TBR, UT, and state employee (PC191A) fee waiver participants register. Turn in form at the Business Office, Cope Building, Room 103 by 4:30 p.m. on August 21.
August 21	Fall Fee Payment and Confirmation Deadline, 4:30 p.m. for students who registered April 2 - August 21. Make payments at the Business Office or RaiderNet. Class schedules deleted unless fees are paid or registrations confirmed on RaiderNet by 4:30 p.m. (6:00 p.m. on RaiderNet only). RaiderNet unavailable after 6:00 p.m.
August 21	Deadline to sign up for direct deposit for refunds to be available on August 27.
August 22 - 26	Registration for students who have not previously registered or for those whose schedules were deleted. A $100 late fee will be charged beginning August 27.
August 25	Fall Classes Begin (Saturday) - Full, RODP and Accelerated 1 Terms
August 26	100% Fee Adjustment Deadline. Last day for students to drop all Fall classes and receive a 100% fee adjustment.
August 27 - 28	Direct Deposit refunds sent to students' bank accounts or PayCards. The deadline to sign up for Direct Deposit and the eCash PayCard is August 21, for refunds to be available on August 27 - 31.
August 27 - 30	Late registration and drop/add on RaiderNet; Late registration fee - $100 Late registration for eligible students who have not previously selected courses or for those whose schedules were deleted. Credit card, check card, or e-check payments may be made on RaiderNet. Fees must be paid or registration confirmed by 4:30 p.m. on August 31 or your class schedule will be deleted. 65-year-old, permanently and totally disabled, and 60-year-old (audit) students register at a reduced rate. No late fee. Turn in authorization form and pay fees if applicable at the Business Office, Cope 103, by 4:30 p.m. on August 31.
August 31	Fee Payment deadline for students who registered August 22 -August 31. Class schedules deleted unless fees are paid or registration confirmed by 4:30 p.m. RaiderNet unavailable after 6:00 p.m.
August 31	RODP Accelerated term: 75% fee adjustment deadline and drop without a grade.
September 2	Accelerated 1 part of term: 75% fee adjustment deadline and drop without a grade.
September 3	Labor Day observed. No classes. All offices closed.
September 7	75% fee adjustment deadline for Full and RODP terms. Last day for students to withdraw or drop to part-time and receive 75% fee adjustment. Lottery scholarship recipients cannot CHANGE enrollment status after this date and retain scholarship. Federal financial aid will be adjusted based on the number of hours enrolled as of this date. RODP Accelerated term: 25% fee adjustment deadline.
September 8	Accelerated 1 part of term: 25% fee adjustment deadline.
September 21	25% fee adjustment deadline for Full and RODP terms. Last day for students to drop classes and receive a 25% adjustment.
September 28	Second deferred payment installment due.
October 13 - 16	Fall Break - no classes
October 23	Accelerated 2 part of term classes begin.
October 31	Third deferred payment installment due.
October 29	Accelerated 2 part of term: 75% fee adjustment deadline and drop without a grade.
October 30	Students enrolled in the Full Term and/or RODP Term who withdraw from all classes on or after this date may not have their financial aid adjusted. Official last date of attendance (for students who have not officially withdrawn) will be determined by the instructor. Students who officially or unofficially withdraw before this date may owe a balance to MTSU.
November 4	Accelerated 2 part of term: 25% fee adjustment deadline.
