Fee Payment or Confirmation Deadline for Late Registrants after January 24: Fees are due the day you register and must be prepaid at the Business Office, Cope 103.

November 12 

Priority Registration for Spring begins.

November 1-26 

Submit Dependent Fee Discount forms to Business Office for Spring classes.

December 3 

Spring 2013 registration bills available online through RaiderNet. Bills will not be mailed.

December 20 - January 10 

TBR, UT, and State employees (PC191A) fee waiver participants can register. Turn in form at the Business Office, Cope Administration Building, Room 103 by 4:30 p.m. by January 10.

NOTE: Fee Waiver Forms will not be processed for students who register prior to December 20.

Fees must be paid or registration confirmed by 6:00 p.m. on January 10 or class schedules will be deleted.

The Business Office will be closed December 23 - January 1.

January 2 

Business Office open for fee payment, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

January 17 

Spring 2013 classes begin.

January 17 - 23

Late registration and drop/add on RaiderNet; late registration fee $100.

65-year-old, permanently disabled, and 60-year-old (audit) students register at a reduced rate. No late fee. Turn in authorization form and pay fees, if applicable, at the Business Office, Cope 103, by 4:30 p.m. January 24

January 17 - 25  Direct Deposit refunds sent to students' bank accounts and PayCards.

January 12 - March 28 

Full and RODP Terms: Students who drop classes or withdraw from all classes may owe a balance to MTSU and/or the U.S. Dept of Education. Financial aid will be prorated based on the percentage of classes attended as determined by the instructor and/or the official withdrawal date.

January 21 

Martin Luther King Holiday - no classes.

January 17 - 22 

A1 (Accelerated 1 part of term): 75% fee adjustment deadline.

January 23 - 19 

 A1 (Accelerated 1 part of term): 25% fee adjustment deadline.

January 24 

  
Request for late registration form required in order to register.  $100 lat registration fee charged.

January 17 - 30 

   
Last day to drop (Full and RODP terms) without a grade.

Federal financial aid will be adjusted based on the number of hours enrolled as of this date.

Lottery scholarship recipients cannot change enrollment status after this date and retain scholarships.

February 28 

Second deferred payment installment deadline. $25 late fee for payments made after February 28.

March 11 - 17 

Spring Break. No classes.

March 21 

A2 (Accelerated 2 part of term): Classes begin.

March 21 - 26 

A2 (Accelerated 2 part of term): 75% fee adjustment deadline.

March 28 

Full and RODP terms: Students who withdraw on or after this date may not have their financial aid adjusted. Official last date of attendance (for students who have not officially withdrawn but have stopped attending) will be determined by the instructor. Students who officially or unofficially withdraw before this date may owe a refund to the U.S. Department of Education and/or MTSU.

March 29 Last day to drop or withdraw with a grade of "W."

March 27 - April 2 

A2 (Accelerated 2 part of term): 25% fee adjustment deadline.

March 29 

Third deferred payment installment deadline. $25 late fee for payments made after March 29.
