Summer 2012 Fee payment and confirmation begins April 23. Bills will be available through your RaiderNet account beginning April 23.

NOTE: Classes selected will be dropped unless registration fees are paid in full or registration confirmed by the deadlines stated below. Courses added after an initial payment or confirmation has been processed for any summer term will NOT be deleted for nonpayment. A $100 late fee will be charged to anyone who registers on or after the first day of class for any part of term.

SUMMER 2012 Important Dates

April 1 - 15	Teacher, TBR, State, and MTSU employee dependent discount forms (PC 191B) must be turned in at the Business Office, Cope Administration Building 103. Signatures on the dependent discount forms should not be obtained before April 1.
April 2 -13	Priority Registration Summer.
April 16 -May 11	TBR, UT and state employee fee waiver (PC191A) participants can register for summer. Turn in form to the Business Office by 4:30 p.m. on May 11.
April 23 - May 11	Summer bills and class schedules available online. Summer fee payment by mail. Payments must be postmarked by May 4.
April 23 - May 11	Summer fee payment in person, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Business Office, Cope Building cashier windows. Fee payment by credit card or check card or e-check on RaiderNet. RaiderNet down at 4:30 p.m. on May 11. Summer 2012 Registration Confirmation on RaiderNet. (Down at 4:30 p.m. on May 11) Confirm that you will attend if fees are paid in full by financial aid or other credits. Amount due must be zero or a credit to confirm registration. You will be given a CONFIRMATION NUMBER when you are confirmed. Write down this number as this is your proof that you have completed the confirmation process.
May 11	DEADLINE for priority registrants to pay Summer fees: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Business Office Cashier Windows, Cope Administration Building or on RaiderNet. DEADLINE for priority registrants to confirm on RaiderNet if fees are paid in full by financial aid or other credits. Fees for all summer sessions must be paid by 4:30 p.m. on May 11 or class schedules will be deleted. RaiderNet will be unavailable after 4:30 p.m.
May 14	1-Full Term and S1-May Term classes begin. Late registration for the 1-Full Term and S1-May Term classes; $100 late fee charged. Registration fees must be paid by 4:30 p.m. on May 14. Sixty-five-year-old and permanently disabled students and 60-year-old students taking classes for audit register for the 1-Full Term and S1-May Term. No late fee. Turn in form and pay fees at the Business Office, Cope Administration Building 103 by 4:30 p.m. on May 14.
May 14 - 15	Direct Deposits of financial aid refunds sent to students' bank accounts or PayCards for those enrolled in 1-Full Term and S1-May Term classes.
May 15	Fee Payment deadline for students who registered on May 12 - 15, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Business Office Cashier Windows, Cope Administration or on RaiderNet. DEADLINE for students who registered on May 12 - 15 to confirm on RaiderNet if fees are paid in full by financial aid or other credits. RaiderNet will be unavailable after 4:30 p.m
May 16 - June 5	Open registration for students who have not previously selected classes for S2-June Term, R-RODP Term, S3-July , or S4-June/July Term or who need to make schedule adjustments. Fees due by Tuesday, June 5, at 4:30 p.m.
May 28	Memorial Day - no classes.
June 4	S2-June, S4-June/July Term and R-RODP Term classes begin. Late registration for S2-June Term, S4-June/July Term and R-RODP Term classes; $100 late fee charged. Registration fees must be paid by 4:30 p.m. on June 4. Sixty-five-year old and permanently disabled students and 60-year-old students taking classes for audit register for S2-June Term, S4-June/July Term and R-RODP Term. No late fee. Turn in form and pay fees at the Business Office, Cope Administration Building 103 by 4:30 p.m. on June 4.
June 4 - 5	Direct Deposits of financial aid refunds sent to students' bank accounts and PayCards for those enrolled in S2-June Term and R-RODP Term classes.
June 5	Fee payment deadline for students who registered on May 16 - June 5, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Business Office Cashier Windows, Cope Administration Building or on RaiderNet. DEADLINE for students who registered on May 16 - June 5 to confirm on RaiderNet if fees are paid in full by financial aid or other credits. RaiderNet will be unavailable after 4:30 p.m.
June 6 - July 10	Registration for students who have not previously selected classes for S3-July Term or who need to make schedule adjustments. Fees due by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 10.
July 4	Independence Day Holiday - no classes
July 9	S3-July Term classes begin. Late registration for S3-July Term classes; $100 late fee charged. Registration fees must be paid by 4:30 p.m. on July 9. Sixty-five-year old and permanently disabled students and 60-year-old students taking classes for audit register for S3-July Term. No late fee. Turn inform and pay fees at the Business Office Cashier Windows, Cope Building, Room 103, by 4:30 p.m. on July 9. Direct Deposits of financial aid refunds sent to students' bank accounts and PayCards for those enrolled in S3-July Term classes.
July 10	Fee payment deadline for students who registered June 6 - July 10, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Business Office Cashier Windows, Cope Administration Building or on RaiderNet. DEADLINE for students who registered on June 6 - July 10 to confirm on RaiderNet if fees are paid in full by financial aid or other credits. RaiderNet will be unavailable after 4:30 p.m.
August 21	Fall 2012 Fee Payment Deadline for students who registered April 2 - August 21, 2012.
August 25	Fall 2012 classes begin.
