System Control Tips

  • Return the remote to the charging base when not in use. Insure that the charging light in the base is on. You might need to reposition the remote to get the light to come on.
  • Leave AMX remote in charging base when not needed. Light in base will light when positioned correctly.
  • Furman PL-8 Power Conditioners in rack have lighted "Switched Outlets" switch on the right side which should remain on at all times.
  • The "Lights" switch and dimmer control on the left of the Furman PL-8 are for controlling the 2 pull out lights for easy viewing when room lights are down. Please switch off when not in use.
  • All other controls in rack are preset and should not require adjustment.
  • Use of individual VCR or projector remotes will scramble the control system and require a hard reset.
  • Do not exit the system before finished with the projector. Exiting the system will shut the projector off. The projector requires a cool down period before it will allow itself to be restarted.
