This is a water exercise class for aerobic fitness and muscle toning and uses the training principles of Frequency, Intensity, and Time combined with dance and core exercise to get in shape. Reduce stress and relax at the same time. This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness, as well as those who may have some restrictions.

Two lanes are provided for lap swimming during other activities as space permits. Training equipment such as kickboards, pull buoys, hand paddles, bar buoys, and buoy belts are provided for your water activities

Scheduled aquatics activities take place from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Space is limited during this time.
