Lap Swimming

Monday - Friday (Pool Hours)
6:15 - 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.


Two lanes are provided for lap swimming during other activities as space permits. Training equipment such as kickboards, pull buoys, hand paddles, bar buoys, and buoy belts are provided for your water activities

Individual Water Exercise

Monday - Friday
6:15 - 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Scheduled Aquatics Activities take place from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Space is limited during this time.
