Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a form of grappling that has Japanese and Brazilian roots. It is very effective in mixed martial arts competition, as well as self defense. Jiu-Jitsu is also a great way to keep in shape. Our instructor, Mike Westcott, is a seasoned brown belt who has competed at the world class level. Practices are for all skill levels, and if you have any questions please contact us.
