Classes designated with an * require pre-registration and a basic instructional fee.
All other classes are $1 each; Punch Passes for 30 classes are $20 and are available
in the Campus Rec office.
Abs & Tone: A class concentrating on toning your body and strengthening your core.
*Boot Camp: Intense workouts for those who are ready to take their fitness training up a notch! For maximum benefit, participants should register in the Campus Recreation office for the six-week program. However, you may drop in to check it out for $1 per session.
Indoor Cycling: Cardio at its most intense! This Indoor Cycling class will get you in shape and ready to hit the roads or the mountains.
** Moves & Grooves: A water exercise class for fun and relaxation. You will hardly know you are exercising! This is a four-week session for $24. Drop-ins are $3 each class.
Power Yoga: A vigorous, fitness-based approach to yoga. Power yoga does not follow a set series of poses, so classes can vary widely.
Step & Tone: Tone your body while stepping up! Participants use steps in a variety of ways to tone all parts of the body.
Street Safe: A progressive combat system to help you stay safe on the streets and end conflict quickly. This class incorporates techniques used by the FBI, CIA and Navy Seals.
Striptease: No shoes, No Poles, All Clothes Required! Class is a combination of belly dancing, hip hop and classic burlesque moves. Dance your way to fitness!
Tai Chi: This ancient art uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today's busy lifestyles and improve health.

Yoga: Sculpt a leaner, stronger body while releasing stress and fatigue by uniting you Mind, body and Spirit.
Zumba: Mix it up in this non-stop cardio dance class with Latin beats. The choreography training is a combination of fast and slow rhythms.
