Classes designated with an *pre-registration and a basic instructional fee preferred but $1 drop-in OK; **requires pre-registration and a basic instructional fee. ***Class meets in the pool and takes monthly breaks. All other classes are $1 each; Punch Passes for 30 classes are $20 and are available in the Campus Rec office.

Abs & Tone: Get hardCore with a class that focuses on toning up your abs! This class is a whole body workout in 30 minutes with an emphasis on strengthening the core and toning up everything else.

*Boot Camp: This class prepares you to tackle Boot Camp in the next session!  A high energy workout using body weight, free weights, bar bells, and cardio to increase your heart rate, build muscular strength and endurance. With different instructors and formats this class is never the same twice! Pre-registration required. Classes begins Sept. 2

Burn & Firm: Burn fat and build muscle. This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session pairs explosions of cardio with core exercises that trim and tone the entire body. HIIT training means looking good in less time. This effective style of training is all the rage for a reason!

Cardio Kickboxing: Want to lose wight AND blow off steam? This cardio kick will torch the calories and improve endurance with quick boxing and kicking combinations and strengthening floor exercises. There are no punching gloves or bags required. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

Hip Hop Abs: The best of working out and toning your abs while getting your groove on!

Intro to Boot Camp: Not sure you can handle Boot Camp? Come try it out this week. This is a high energy workout but you take it at your own pace. Drop-in and try it out!

***Moves  & Grooves: This water exercise class will relax and energize as well as help tone your muscles! Water burns fat faster than land-based exercise. Water also is easier on muscles and joints, making this class prefect for beginners as well as those who may have some medical issues. Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays in the pool.

Power Yoga: An integration of meditation and dynamic flow postures that are designed to increase the heart rate.

Spin: One of the fastest ways to get in shape! Expect a fun and intense cardio class on stationary bikes!

Tai Chi: This ancient art uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today's busy lifestyles and improve health.

**Tang Soo Do: This Korean martial art has roots in various martial arts, including taekkyeon, Subak, and Shotokan.

Yoga: Increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and reduce your stress! With a strong emphasis on connecting breath with movement, yoga provides a list of benefits and is a perfect addition to any workout routine.

Zumba: Mix it up in this non-stop cardio dance class with Latin beats. The choreography training is a combination of fast and slow rhythms.
