Spring 2016

All aerobics classes are $2. A VIP All Access Fitness Pass for the semester is available: $30/Students; $35/Staff and Rec members. With the pass, you get unlimited attendance to all fitness classes, VIP only nutrition seminars, chances to earn prizes, weekly emails, quick access to class and more!.You may come several times a day and/or every day with your pass. The VIP All Access Fitness Pass is your pass to a better you in 2016!

Summer VIP All Access Fitness Pass will be available May 1 for $20 for staff and students. Summer classes are May 9- Aug. 17.

Classes are $2 drop-in; sign in and pay at the equipment desk and pick up your attendance pass. You must have an attendance pass to participate.

Abs & Tone: This is a quick, low-impact class that works you from head to toe, concentrating on toning your body and strengthening your core. 

ABSolution:
A 30-minute workout that targets all areas of the abdominal muscles. This class will use lengthening and contracting exercises intended to get your abs ripped

Barre Class:
This class combines postures inspired by ballet, Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you a beautiful, sculpted, lean body without a lot of impact on your joints. The barre is used as a prop for balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

Boot Camp:
 Ready to step up your game? This class puts you through a rigorous routine that is never the same one day to the next! This class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. This class will push you harder than you will push yourself! Game on! 

Brick Body Workout: 
This fast, fun paced workout uses circuits and movements to help shape and tone your body. This workout allows for people to challenge themselves at their own intensity level while burning calories and toning up. 

H.I.I.T. it!:
This high-intensity, full-body workout is a mix of body weight toning, strength training and plyometric cardio moves. Speed up your metabolism and burn more calories to become a lean, mean machine in a short period of time.

Indoor Cycling: 
Get in shape quickly, gain strength, and de-stress! Expect a fun and intense workout to music on stationary bikes

Kettle Fit:
This is an explosive cardio toning class through the use of kettle. This class will focus on a total body workout through dynamic movements, kettle, and cardio conto help participants get in the best shape of their lives.

Kettle Strength:
Shed weight and tone muscles with this total body strength building class using kettle bells. Through a variety of burst exercises with the incorporation of anaerobic and aerobic conditioning,  every participant will sweat their way to their fitness goals.

Muscle Fit: Start getting ready for the summer now with this high-intensity, weight-training class designed to increase muscular strength, density and tone.

Spin: A vigorous workout that will keep you motivated to work harder, burn more fat and increase endurance.

Tai Chi:
This ancient art uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today’s busy lifestyles and improve health. It may look easy but it gives you a great, low-impact workout!

Tone and Tighten: This class is built to shed weight, strengthen muscles, but also Tone & Tighten those problem areas on the body. Through fun and creative yet explosive workout, goals will be achieved!

Turbo Kick:
Get hooked on this Turbo high! This class is a mix of cardio kickboxing and body sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes. You will get lean and toned and have a blast doing it. It is high intensity, fast-paced, and totally addicting!

Yoga: 
Create balance in your body through developing strength and flexibility. These classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate practices. 

Yoga Strength!: This class focuses on the strength building qualities of yoga. This class truly invites men and women who want to build strength and enhance athletic performance through Yoga.

Zumba: Mix it up in this non-stop cardio dance class that combines Latin and International music with fun and effective moves! The choreography training is a combination of fast and slow rhythms
