specific needs that can't always be addressed in a yoga class? One-on-One Yoga Sessions may be for you. We also offer Personal Training for those who want individualized training for specific

Fitness testing is ideal for those who want to set specific goals or who just want to know their fitness levels.
Fitness counseling is for anyone who needs assistance setting up an exercise or wellness program.
Nutritional Coaching is for those who wish to develop an enjoyable, sustainable personal eating plan suited for your lifestyle. Availability is limited.
