Program: New elevator and parking for Alumni Memorial Gym. Completed construction of elevator for Stark Agribusiness & Agriscience Center. Previously completed projects include accessible campus-wide site improvements, entry improvements, elevators for Cope Administration Building, James Union Building, Murphy Center

Status: Complete

Program: Provide mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades as well as ADA accessibility improvements.

Project: Campus Lighting Upgrade

Designer: Lose and Associates

Funding: $3,000,000

Status: Phase 1 complete, Phase 2 Design

Program: Replace high wattage high pressure sodium pedestrian "acorn" luminaries and parking lot flood light luminaries with new lower wattage lamp sources. Add new luminaries where there is currently insufficient illumination to improve security and overall visibility

Project: Dairy Farm Improvements

Designer: Lose and Associates

Funding: $4,375,000

Status: Complete

Program: Phase 1: Design and construct dairy facilities on MTSU's Guy James property. Facilities will include milking facility and equipment, freestall barn, hay barn, grain bins, shop and storage area, feed shed, fuel and chemical storage, and all associated infrastructure, roads and fencing needed to support the facilities.
