Program: New facilities for Student Union functions, indoor and outdoor food court, expanded student organization areas, student activities, retail, ballroom, SGA offices, and copy center.

Status: Complete

Program: New classrooms, class labs, and centralized facilities for the College of Education and Behavioral Science

Program: Construct administrative space for Student Services and parking deck with a bridge connecting it to the new student union.

Status: Construction

Program: The widening of Lightning Way and the widening of Champion Way with a new turn lane at Greenland Drive; a new rotary at the intersection of Lightning and Champion Ways; and improved pedestrian walkways, crosswalks and lighting.

 

 Garage

 Project: Parking Garages

Designer: Tuck Hinton Architects

Funding: $23,5000,000

Status: Complete

Program: The garages will give students convenient parking from the edge of campus and direct pedestrian traffic access to the core of campus. Each garage will have approximately 490 spaces for students.

 

 

 Ingram

Project: Ingram Building Training Center

Designer: Adkisson & Associates Architects

Funding: $1,280,000

Status: Complete

Program: .A new training center will open in September inside the Sam Ingram Building on Middle Tennessee Boulevard.  Renovations include full audio-visual capabilities with a focus on training. The training center will include 40 workstations.

 

 Test

 Project: Keathley University Center Renovation

Designer: Johnson Johnson Crabtree Architects

Funding: $2,300,00

Status: Complete

Program: The renovation project consolidates all the Testing Services into one area, provides renovations to the Post Office area, and will be ready for use this fall.

 

 Bell

 Project: Bell Street Center Renovation

Designer: Moody Nolan, Inc

Funding: $6,000,000

Status: Design

Program: The building will be renovated to offices, which will house a mix of academic and administrative functions.
