Lightning CareerLink is the rebranded name of MTSU's new recruiting software platform specifically for professional entry-level positions requiring a college degree and internship/co-op positions that prepare students for professional career fields.


12/11/15 - New Student Employment Program Launches

Employers may start posting Student Employment positions using the new online form. The Student Employment Program assists MTSU students in finding part-time jobs (full-time in summer) to help offset educational and living expenses. The objective is to connect students with employers who offer jobs that are flexible and can accommodate students’ class schedules.  More information ...

The Career Development Center is pleased to announce the availability of GoinGlobal to MTSU students. GoinGlobal is the leading provider of online career and cultural guides for working abroad including job searching; work permits/visas; resume guidelines and examples; interviewing and cultural advice; and more. The City Guides contain resources for the 50 largest metropolitan areas in the U.S. and Canada, including Nashville, Memphis, Atlanta, and Birmingham.
