Alumni Services

Welcome alumni. The Career Development Center has resources to assist you with your job search even after you have graduated. The following is a list of online subscriptions and resources available to all alumni.

In addition, our in-person career planning/job search services are available to alumni who have graduated from MTSU within the past 24 months.  Alumni within this time frame may contact the office at 615-898-2500 to schedule an appointment.

Lightning CareerLink

Lightning CareerLink, formerly known as Lightning JobSource, is the job posting system used by the Career Development Center. Search for career-track internships, part-time jobs, and full-time entry level positions.

The Career Center helps run several fairs throughout the year. If you are looking for a job, career fairs are great for connecting with potential employers. Find out more about upcoming career fairs here.

Career Shift

Career Shift is a powerful  job search database that you can access for connecting to employers and applying for jobs. 




InterviewStream provides you with the opportunity to participate in a practice interview and to see and hear yourself online. Using a webcam, you will be able to simulate job interviews by responding to pre-recorded interview questions and practice both verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
