Alumni Services

Welcome alumni. The Career Development Center has resources to assist you with your job search even after you have graduated. The following is a list of online subscriptions and resources available to all alumni.

In addition, our in-person career planning/job search services are available to alumni who have graduated from MTSU within the past 24 months.  Alumni within this time frame may contact the office at 615-898-2500 to schedule an appointment.

Lightning JobSource

Lightning JobSource is the online job posting system used by the Career Development Center. Here you can browse postings, apply for jobs and upload your resume.

InterviewStream

InterviewStream provides you with the opportunity to participate in a practice interview and to see and hear yourself online. Using a webcam, you will be able to simulate job interviews by responding to pre-recorded interview questions and practice both verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
