What is the BEST?
The Business Exchange for Student Talent (BEST) is a unique event sponsored by Management and Marketing faculty. Students with an interest in Management and Marketing positions will have the chance to meet with employers through speed networking.
Students will meet with employers in 15-minute rounds that will be divided into 3 stages:
1.Employer's introduction and explanation of the position being offered at the event.
2.Students' introduction and presentation of resumes.
3.Q&A from both the employer and the students.
A bell will announce the end of each round, signaling for students to move to the next table.
What do I need to get in?
The event is free. No registration is required. Students MUST dress in professional attire and prepare a resume in order to attend the event. For help on your appearance or your resume, visit one of the links below.
Students are REQUIRED to wear professional attire and have prepared resumes.
What will employers be looking for?
Employers will be coming for professional, confident students with an interest in management and marketing to fill full-time positions and paid-internships. Employers will be looking for the best, so the better prepared you are, the more likely you are to stand out.

Employer Registration
1.Log in to Lightning JobSource at: https://mtsu-csm.symplicity.com/employers.
2.If you have an account, your username is your e-mail address (click "forgot password" to receive a new one if needed). If you do not have an account, click on register to create one.
3.On your account homepage, click the "Events" tab at the top.
4.Complete the registration form for the BEST. It will ask you to confirm your registration. Once approved you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
