If you previously accessed InterviewStream through your Lightning JobSource account, you should have gotten an email with new log in instructions. If you don’t have that email, use the Forgot Password link on the InterviewStream login page.
If you are creating a new account, click on the Sign Up button on the InterviewStream login page. You must use your MTSU email address to create your account.
InterviewStream provides you with the opportunity to participate in a practice interview
and to see and hear yourself online. Using a webcam, you will be able to simulate
job interviews by responding to pre-recorded interview questions and practice both
verbal and non-verbal communication skills. You can select a preset series of questions
or create your own series from thousands of questions organized by category.
Afterwards, all interviews are immediately accessible online for you to seek feedback from your advisor or professor. If you want to discuss your interview with your Career Cluster Advisor, you must first schedule an appointment before sending him/her the interview link. If you are completing it for a class project, please follow your professor's directions.
If you do not have a webcam-or yours will not work with the system-you can schedule an appointment to use one in the Career Development Center. Appointments are scheduled on the "Schedule Interview"; tab in InterviewStream. The following handouts will help you with using InterviewStream.
