The following policies outline student and employer participation in the MTSU Campus
Recruiting Program. These policies enable the fulfillment of our mission to "create
opportunities for students and employers to connect" in a manner consistent with ethical
principles and applicable employment law.
The policies and procedures of the Career Development Center support the MT TRUE BLUE PLEDGE and its core values of honesty and integrity, respect for diversity, engagement in the community, and
commitment to nonviolence. Employers as wells as students are expected to uphold these
core values in all recruiting activities.
