Basic Highlights Magazine
The Basic Highlights magazine is produced by the MTSU College of Basic and Applied
Sciences as a summary of the previous fiscal year's work by faculty, staff and students.
Dean Cheatham writes the stories in the magazine and Ms. Marlene Lawson, Assistant
to the Dean, is the editor and deserves most of the credit for making sure the facts
are correct and the magazine is a first class summary of a year's work. The staff
in the MTSU Publications and Graphics Department do a wonderful job of designing a
layout for the magazine. We hope you enjoy our magazine and send any news items for
