RESPONSIBILITIES
The Executive Secretary to the Dean is responsible for coordinating and providing
administrative and secretarial support to the office of the Dean. The Executive Secretary
serves as a resource to the ten reporting departments within the College and is also
responsible for researching policies, procedures and guidelines, overseeing work presented
from chair's for accuracy, preparation and monitoring budgets, coordination and planning
special events and projects.
