RESPONSIBILITIES
Service MTSU inventoried computers, both hardware and software for the College of Basic and Applied Sciences. Additionally supply support for computer peripherals and give quotes on new equipment.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Vickie has been working on computers for a combined total of over 25 years. After 9-1/2 years as a Microcomputer Specialist with Information Technology, Vickie became the Local Service Provider with the College of Basic and Applied Sciences in April 2008. Her primary responsibilities are now focused on the College instead of shared support of the general campus. Previously worked as a Drafter, Junior Project Engineer/Drafting Supervisor, PC Network/C.A.D. Administrator at APCOM, Inc. in Franklin TN for over 9 years.
