Megan Loftis, M.A. Kristina Doerr

Associate Consultant 

Areas of Interest:  Compensation, Competency Modeling, High Stress Occupations and Data Analytics

Megan received her Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in May 2017. Her master’s Thesis research was in the area of developing and implementing Competency Models. She assessed the extent to which professionals working in organizations make use of best practices when developing and implementing competencies and competency models. Megan received her bachelor’s in Psychology from Towson University in Maryland.

She is currently an Associate Consultant at the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE) where she has worked the majority of her time with the Tennessee Highway Patrol to assist in developing a promotional processes and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of their cadet selection processes. In addition, she completed an all-member client survey for a women’s leadership group and with the Vice President of research at MTSU to assist in identifying institutional barriers to women and minorities in STEM career paths. 

Before this, she worked at Stanley, Black & Decker to increase multigenerational engagement through innovation initiatives and as a legal assistant. Her areas of interest include compensation, competency modeling, high stress occupations, and data analytics.
