Students must complete 120 semester hours with a cumulative grade point average of 2.00 and a grade of C (2.00) or better in all Commercial Construction Management Technology courses in order to graduate. They must also complete General Education, a core curriculum, and Business Administration minor and concentration-specific courses as outlined in the following sections.
All candidates for baccalaureate degrees must meet General Education (GE) requirements regardless of the department or college in which they pursue their majors. These requirements total forty-one (41) semester hours in Communications, Humanities and/or Fine Arts, Social/ Behavioral Sciences, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and History. Mathemathics requirement for the concentration consists of Calculus 1 with prerequisites of Algebra and Trigonometry.
