The MTSU Costume Studio

This portion of the Studio primarily serves a dual purpose-as a classroom for costume construction courses and as a work place for students and staff.

This portion of the Studio houses notions, supplies, hand tools, large cutting tables, and ironing stations.

Twenty professional dress forms are available for student use to assist in patterning, draping, or alterations (Men's Sizes 36-44 and Women's Sizes 4-22).

The Laundry and Dye Vat Facility allows students to learn how to care for, clean, and properly dye a variety of fabrics and costumes.
