Prices

We are a charge-back department. There are costs associated with our services to the campus community. As a professional area with experienced and award-winning staff, we seek to provide the best service possible.

Publications

Rates are subject to change.

Design services

• $20/hour for reprint or typesetting services
• $30/hour for concept development
• $50/hour for significant projects such as a magazine
• Flat design charge of $5 for University stationery items that are one-sided; $7 for items that are two-sided
• There is a charge for hard copy proofs, depending on the size of the publication

Color laser prints
Prints are provided on either 28lb text or 65lb cover, white, uncoated paper.

8.5 x 11 color prints, $.39 per side

8.5 x 11 black-ink only prints, $.30 per side

11 x 17 color prints(includes 8.5 x 11 prints that bleed), $1.25 per side

12x18 color prints(includes 11x17 prints that bleed), $1.40 per side for heavy ink coverage

Foam core prints

• $60–$75 for large posters (24x36), depending on size [print cost is additional]

Banner prints (sample sizes)

• 20x30 inches = $20.79
• 23x52inches= $36.04
• 44x60inches= $76.23
• 24x36inches= $24.95
• 50x44inches= $63.53
• other sizes are available
• Rush fee (less than 2 week turnaround or deviation from agreed timeline) + 15% of amount invoiced

Design time is in addition to printing cost.

There will be a 10% surcharge added to personal or commercial orders. These orders are also subject to sales tax.
