Orientation for Family Members

photo As your student transfers to a new institution, you probably have questions about how things are done here at MTSU. You might wonder what does MTSU expect of my student and me?

CUSTOMS provides answers to family members as wells as gives you a a glimpse of what your student’s experience will be at MTSU. We have a presentation specifically designed to address concerns of family members of our transfer students. The family member program runs during the same time as your transfer students are participating in CUSTOMS events, advising and registration for fall classes. While we encourage the participation of family members, CUSTOMS is not designed for small children. Daycare is not available.

Parents have the opportunity to join the MTSU Parent Association at CUSTOMS. Remember, there is an additional fee for each family member to attend CUSTOMS in the summer.
