MTMedia Folder Request
Request form for MTMedia multimedia folder
Middle Tennessee State University has established a multimedia server to provide instructors the ability to store their audio and video files (streaming and non-streaming formats) for access from their Desire2Learn courses and/or individual, departmental, or organizational web sites.
To obtain an MTMedia folder, please complete the following request form (NOTE: all information fields are * required ). Upon receipt, FITC staff will create your folder and reply with instructions for accessing and maintaining your folder.
