Information About Adolescents and Adults

The Adolescents / Adult Section of this web site is intended to provide information on issues of particular interest to students with dyslexia in grades 7-12 and to adults who are no longer in the regular school setting. The Tennessee Center for the Study and Treatment of Dyslexia is funded to serve students in K-12 programs. However, we realize that adults who are no longer in that setting may need to understand the characteristics associated with dyslexia and to be informed about opportunities to resume or continue their education.
