EDS Higher Education
A specialization is available in Higher Education. Graduate students from junior-community colleges and/or four-year institutions who are interested in pursuing study in the area of higher education should select this specialization. (See Graduate Catalog for details).
Course RequirementsRequired Courses (12 semester hours)
| SPSE 7200 | Administrative Behavior: Theory into Practice | 3 credits |
| FOED 7060 | Seminar in Educational Foundations | 3 credits |
Each student will select either the research path (SPSE 7010 and FOED 7610) or the practicum path (SPSE 7190).
Specialized Core (12 semester hours)
Specialized Core (12 semester with at least 3 hours at the 7000 level). To be selected with approval of advisor.
Electives (6 semester hours)
To be selected with approval of advisor.
