The EMC Department presents the Third Annual SMARTI AWARDS The 2012 SMARTI AWARDS is a media making competition open to Tennessee high school students to showcase their technical and narrative skills in producing short, creative, and original storytelling!
If you have a story to tell and the skills to tell it, this competition is for you!
