On February 1, Writing Program Director at the University of Vermont and nationally recognized composition scholar and author Dr. Toby Fulwiler will visit MTSU to share his experience and expertise in Writing across the Curriculum. Both sessions and luncheon are open to faculty from the English and Developmental Studies Departments and English Department Teaching Assistants and Tutors.

Some of Dr. Fulwiler's numerous publications include College Writing: A Personal Approach to Academic Writing (1991) and Teaching with Writing (1987). He has also edited several collections among them Programs that Work: Models and Methods for writing Across the Curriculum (1990) and Journal Book (1987).
