Candace is a second year PhD student and peer mentor in the English department. Her research interests are film studies and twentieth
century American literature and she is also working on an MFA in Creative Writing at Sewanee School of Letters. She is originally from Cullman, Alabama and holds several degrees, including an MA in English from UA Huntsville and a JD in law from Samford University.
