Facilities

The MTSU campus has a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities appropriate for both large and small groups. Please review the Instructions and Guidelines for Requesting Space on MTSU Campus before requesting facilities. Some of the most requested campus facilities include:

James Union Building The newly renovated Tennessee Ballroom and lobby make the perfect setting for almost any indoor event. Conferences, trade shows, meetings, dinners, and other special events are often scheduled here.
Business Aerospace Building The State Farm Lecture Hall seats 235 and is equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual and networked computer equipment. The building's spacious lobbies are also available for special events such as light refreshment receptions.
Foundation Reception House For use by MTSU employees and affiliates only, the MTSU Foundation House is used for meetings, luncheons, receptions, and one day retreats.
Keathley University Center The campus student union building's facilities include second and third floor meeting rooms of varying capacities, lobbies, and a theatre. These facilities are often used for meetings and conferences.	Outdoor Area in Front of KUC
Murphy Center An ideal facility for ceremonies, concerts, and other indoor events, Murphy Center has ample seating for very large groups. Over the past twenty-five years, many famous entertainers have appeared in concert here.
Tennessee Miller Coliseum Club Level This new state-of-the-art facility seats 112 people for on and off campus organizations, ideal location for corporate meetings, receptions and dinners.
Tom H. Jackson Building The Tom H. Jackson Bldg. is used for meetings, luncheons, and receptions. This space is limited to MTSU departments and student organizations only. Student Organizations must have a faculty advisor present during all events in the Tom H. Jackson Bldg.
Tucker Theatre Tucker Theatre is the location of plays, performances, and lectures. The theatre seats 1,000.
