Co-Sponsorship Form

You may fill out our online form below to request co-sponsorship with one of the MTSU Student Programming & Activities councils. Once the information has been received by the coordinator, your request will be forwarded to the appropriate council chair. After the council reviews the request you will be contacted by the council chair to update you on the status of the request (please allow up to 1 month for a response). Please complete form as detailed as possible.

Fall 2012 co-sponsorship requests will not be responded to and/or voted upon until September.
