Co-Sponsorship Form

You may fill out our online form below to request co-sponsorship with one of the MTSU Student Programming committees. Once the information has been received by the coordinator, your request will be forwarded to the appropriate committee. After the committee reviews the request you will be contacted by the committee chair to update you on the status of the request (please allow up to 1 month for a response). Please complete form as detailed as possible.

Note: We are no longer accepting co sponsorship forms for events in Fall 2009. Co sponsorship forms for events in Spring 2010 are due by October 30, 2009.
