Facilities Accounting Services

The Facilities Accounting Services department reviews, manages, and processes all financial activity for the Facilities Services Department including renovation projects, maintenance, engineering, HVAC, custodial, grounds, and motor pool services.

With a knowledgeable staff which is responsive and supportive of Facilities Services, Facilities Accounting provides a full range of business operation support to the Business and Finance Division, its vendors, and the campus community. These services include budget preparation, financial reporting, internal and external billing, payables, and receivables.

Facilities Accounting maintains the Facilities Services Department budget

Facilities Accounting has three primary purposes: (1) to ensure proper approval and payment of Facilities Services invoices, (2) to track costs for accurate and timely billing of work completed for other campus departments, and (3) to assist Facilities Services employees in procurement and contracting
